In his current practice, Kevin provides legal representation to a wide range of prominent institutional and multinational corporate clients, as well as to smaller corporate and individual clients. He advises the firm’s clients on an ongoing basis in matters pertaining to the cross-border transfer and relocation of their executive, managerial, and other key personnel to companies involved in business ventures in both Canada and the United States. Kevin also conducts seminars on immigration related matters for and on behalf of his corporate and institutional clients and their employees.

Kevin deals regularly and routinely with the numerous Canadian and American immigration offices located at the ports of entry straddling the Canadian – U.S. border and all American pre-flight inspection facilities at Canadian international airports. The above is in addition to his regular and ongoing dealings with the Regional Service Centers and District Offices of the U.S. Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services located within the United States, Citizenship and Immigration Canada’s domestic Case Processing Centres and Canada Immigration Centres as well as with many of the American and Canadian Embassies, Consulates General and High Commissions worldwide.
